Get a Free Roof Certification and Warranty From Aftermath Restoration

Want to know whether the roof on your home is really in good shape? Need to have it inspected and approved so you can list your home for sale or apply for a mortgage? The roofing experts at Aftermath Restoration can help.

We offer a no-cost roofing certification and warranty program. That means you can call us and have a member of our team examine your roof for nothing – even if we weren’t the ones who installed or repaired it. We’ll examine it for defects and, if it passes inspection, attach a two-year warranty against leaks caused by workmanship or materials.

Our free roof certification is the perfect way to show buyers, lenders, or insurers that your roof is in great condition. It also gives you the peace of mind to know that you’re covered in the event your roof begins to show unexpected wear.

Scheduling a no-cost roof inspection is a simple as calling the Aftermath Restoration team at 720.501.3440. Below, you’ll find more information on this popular program…

It’s common to have a home inspector look over your property before sale, or for insurance purposes. However, these types of checkups don’t tell you much about the quality of your roof. While a home inspector will look at visible roofing materials, along with portions of flashings, vents, skylights, and chimneys, these are likely to be limited to the exterior or superficial elements of a home.

A roof inspection will cover areas that a general home inspector wouldn’t look for, such as:

  • Certifying that roofing materials, coverings, and components aren’t leaking
  • Walking on angled pitched roof surfaces to inspect materials up close
  • Looking for known manufacturer defects and signs of incorrect installation
  • Examining different roofing layers and materials that aren’t visible to the naked eye

In addition, our roof inspection will include a prediction for the life expectancy of your roofing materials, provide an estimate for any roofing problems that are discovered, and give you a certified warranty against future defects for two years.

Best of all, you’ll get all of that without spending a single penny.

There are several reasons you might decide to contact us about a no-cost roofing certification and warranty, including:

  • You’ll be able to sleep easier knowing no expensive roofing repairs are on the horizon
  • Having a roof certification warranty could make it easier to sell your home
  • As a home buyer, you can rest easy knowing a roof won’t cause you problems
  • Obtaining a roof certification could be a requirement of your mortgage application or homeowners insurance policy

Homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents typically start thinking about roof certification when a property is about to be sold. All parties will want to be able to agree on the condition of a roof, and have guarantees against future repairs. In fact, a roof certification may be necessary prior to closing on the home purchase. Or, insurance company underwriters may decline to issue a homeowners policy until a certification has been received.

However, there’s never really a bad time to have your roof certified. Roofing repairs (or placement) can be very expensive. Why not get an assessment and warranty that protects you from unexpected bills?

It’s important to know what is included in your roof certificate. You should be sure yours states that:

  • Your roof certification includes a warranty from future leaks on the entire roof
  • Your roof certification includes a no-dollar limit on future roof repair
  • Your roof certification should be transferable to any future owner of the home

Each of these is important. Roof certifications vary from one company to the next. Strange as it may seem, some businesses will issue a roofing certification that doesn’t cover the entire roof, or fails to offer any guarantees against future leaks. Many will specify that some pre-existing conditions aren’t covered, meaning you have no protection if your roof starts to fail.

Some roof certification programs only cover repairs made by the same company. That makes it easy for them to claim a leak doesn’t fall under the warranty they have issued.

Additionally, some roof certifications will come with a repair limit. For example, they may state that the certifying company is only responsible for damage up to $1,000. That isn’t very helpful, given that extensive roofing damage – especially the kind that’s hard to spot during a rushed inspection – can cost many times that amount to fix.

And finally, some roof certifications aren’t transferable. That isn’t helpful if the purpose of the inspection is to satisfy lenders, insurers, or future homeowners.

At Aftermath Restoration, we have had the opportunity to repair or replace thousands of residential and commercial roofs across Colorado and Texas. We know what it takes to get the job done right, and always stand behind our work.

That’s why we offer one of the industry’s strongest certification and warranty programs. Not only do our guarantees protect you against leaks resulting from workmanship issues for 2 years, but they are transferable (in case you sell your home) and have no dollar limit. In the very unlikely event that a roof we have certified begins to leak, we are willing to do whatever it takes to make things right.

Why settle for anything less than the best when it comes to roofing certifications and warranties? To learn more about our company, our work, or to schedule a visit for a free estimate, call Aftermath Restoration today at 720.501.3440.

In instances where we have not installed a roof that’s been certified, our team may be unable to determine interior conditions beneath your roof. Therefore, interior water damage caused by future leaks are not covered under our “No-Dollar Limitation Roof Certification Leak Warranty.” However, homeowners insurance policies typically offer protection for this type of damage.

Additionally, our “No-Dollar Limitation Roof Certification Leak Warranty” does not include damage or leakage caused by future wind, storms, and acts of God. Nor does it cover flat roof areas on a home.

The Aftermath Restoration ““No-Dollar Limitation Roof Certification Leak Warranty” is a warranty from future roof leakage and is not a roof replacement warranty. Nor is it a guarantee that a roof will not leak. It is our obligation to do whatever it takes to repair a subsequent leaking roof that has been certified with our “No-Dollar Limitation Roof Certification Leak Warranty.”

Aftermath Restoration has never had a roof that was covered under our “No-Dollar Limitation Roof Certification Leak Warranty” and was unable to be repaired through our program. However, certain restrictions and conditions may apply. Contact us for details.
